The band should sit level around your body without riding up. Your breasts should fit comfortably inside the cups without gaping, wrinkling or uncomfortable pressure.
Straps should stay in place without slipping or digging into your shoulders.
Noticing gaps at the top of your cups? This doesn't always mean they're too big. The cup shape might simply be wrong for your breasts.
