Your C cup bra should feel snug, supportive and comfortable without digging in.
The band should sit level around your body without riding up. Your breasts should fit comfortably inside the cups without spilling, gaping or wrinkling.
If you're wearing an underwired bra, the wires should sit around your breast tissue. They shouldn't dig into your breasts or underarms.
Straps should stay securely in place without slipping or placing too much pressure on your shoulders.
Noticing gaps or uncomfortable pressure? You might need a different cup size or shape.
Remember, C cup breasts vary in volume depending on your band size. A 10C and a 16C have different cup volumes.
