Your E cup bra should feel firm, supportive and comfortable throughout the day.
The band should sit level around your body without riding up. Your breasts should fit fully inside the cups without spilling, gaping or uncomfortable pressure.
If you're wearing an underwired bra, the wires should sit around your breast tissue. They shouldn't rest on your breasts or dig into your underarms.
Straps should stay securely in place without digging into your shoulders. Remember, most of your bra's support should come from the band, not the straps.
Noticing spillage or a band that keeps moving? Your bra size or style may need adjusting.
Remember, E cup breasts vary in size depending on your band measurement. A 10E and a 16E have different cup volumes.
